M. Chad Hawkins, D.D.S. (Orthodontist)
Dr. Hawkins was born and raised in Southern California. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University before attending the University of Southern California School of Dentistry, where he obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. After serving in the Army for three years as a dentist, Dr. Hawkins returned to school at NOVA Southeastern University, where he received his Orthodontic certification. He is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists and a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. Dr. Hawkins is married with three kids. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, motorcycle riding, cycling, car racing and surfing.
